Ingredients 1 cup raw cashews 1 cup packed pitted dates (soak in warm water 10 mins) 2/3 cup unsweetened fine coconut 1 scoop vanilla Mutant Iso Surge 2 tbsp lime juice 1 tsp lime zest . Directions ?? Place cashews in food processor & mix until mostly broken down. Add dates & process until dough forms. Evenly mix in coconut (reserve some), protein powder & lime. Roll into balls, then roll in coconut. Store in the fridge. Makes 15 balls.
