Amazing service, great work, plus some good advice. Not only fixed the problem, but showed us exactly what was done, with photos, too! We'd trust them with any vehicle and return whenever necessary.
I have been using Import Auto for decades. First went there with my old VW when John was the owner and still go there now that Neil has taken over. I appreciate that when I take a vehicle there that I will get an honest evaluation of the problem and that it will be fixed properly the first time for a fair price. It takes longer to get an appointment than it used to but that is because they are popular and the service is good quality. I have recommended Import Auto to dozens of friends, coworkers and family over the years.
