Went by here today to get help with a damaged obsolete part for my snow blower. I was helped and he was able to fix the part for me. I will definitely be going back.

They service what they sell./we have spent thousands with a local multi national company over the years it is VERY NICE TO DEAL WITH A LOCAL COMPANY WHO TAKES TIME AND EFFORT TO HELP OUT FOR VERY REASONABLE FAIR PRICES. A bit disappointed, heard good things but ...had a small lawnmower problem and also asked for a tuneup. It got picked up and delivery fur the price they charge. Two week wait and it comes back nit working and I felt they were saying it was my fault, I disagree totally, maybe because I'm a senior lady they can say that. Took my carb out of a Briggs and Stratton and put in a used carb, which did not work when it came back, just smoked and stalled. Yes they picked up again and returned again at no extra cost but ....3 weeks and such hassle and I'm just not sure about the whole experience.
Purchased my first chainsaw from these guys, they seem very honest and told me to call or stop by with any questions. Was shocked that when I had to take them up on the offer they called me back right away and offered help and advice. So they actually meant what they said, I have heard that in alot of places but it's usually just something people say when they are making a sale. Won't buy a saw or yard tool from anyplace else since dealing with these guys.
Had a problem with a broken part on my carburetor. He said come on down we will see what we can do. He was able to find a matching used part and installed it for a few dollars. I was very appreciative for his help. Great customer service! I will be back with other purchases in the future.
recently my snowblower stopped throwing the snow. I took it in and they wee very friendly and efficient. he work was completed in a timely manner and more than fair in their pricing.The owners are there at the service desk and do the work themselves. I used to deal with the previous business and they moved and are very high and mighty. i would give Rhino10 *s
Great Folks and hard workers. Knowledgeable and Friendly. I wouldn't get my power equipment anywhere else and when it needs fixing, it'll come here. Much nicer than dealing with the faceless big box stores, plus they fix what they sell.
Ryan and Kyle are awesome! Not only have they helped maintain my trailer for my business but have also fixed a lawn mower and chain saw. Told me too, that it would be cheaper to purchase a new generator than charge to fix it. Honest, great guys!
