everyone I send there is VERY HAPPY witht he work and price.. my friend had a battery draining problem.. and she went to several places after more than 1 year of this problem.. Kyle has a mechanic who is good at this wiring problem and computors.. so they shut down everything at the computor and found out a door locking sensor wqs drawing 10 amps per hopur drainung th e battery.. they gave my friend a loaner.. and ordered the part.. and not it is fixed... she is now telling everyone.. thanks KYLE and the mechanics for the good work

Hi I wish I could give a better review today. The place used to be awesome. Not sure if there's a new ownership. Rick wasn't there. But the service or non service today was not what it used to be. Was told the car would be ready in 45 minutes. It used to take 20-30. When I showed up it still hadn't been started. Then I was told it would go in, in 2 minutes. 10 minutes later I went in as my lunch hour was up and I needed to go. I wish I could give a better review.

I have always taken my vehicles back to the dealership for all of my service work until a couple of years ago (poor service and recommending work that was not required)
I recently HAD TO take my vehicle back to the dealership for warranty work. When I picked up my vehicle they had a list of items to repair, some where safety items and others were not. Long story short, I took the list of repairs to Ric and Red’s and to my surprise the safety items did not need to be replaced. They thoroughly inspected these items and determined NO REPAIR WAS NEEDED. They could have just replaced the parts and billed me but instead they saved me approx $900.00.
I will continue to them for all of my repairs.

These guys are great. Ive had my share of experiences with some shady shops (I wont say names)...but this one is honest, the pricing is right and they will do it in a timely fashion. This year ive got a set of tires from them, installed, and some suspension work done. Each experience ive had with them has been positive, thanks guys, i will definitely be back if i need other work done!

Its hard to find an independent garage these days, likely because of real challenges meeting capital requirements and keeping up with technical complexity and certifications.
Ric and Red's represent the best. They recently dealt with my blown transmission with fantastic service with remarkable attention to customer satisfaction. I'll not go elsewhere.

Rick and Russ have been great to us. We've done business with them for many years and they have always been upfront and honest, providing excellent service. I remember having our lexus checked out at Toyota and told that work to the front end would cost over a thousand dollars. I took the car to Ric and Red's and they said they could fix the problem with a piece of teflon in the right place - no charge. I haven't had a problem since!
