Welcome to Leyda's! We are a whole food, gluten and nut free, experiential cafe! This labor of love restaurant has been a conceptual dream for the past 10 years. It has been with great anticipation and excitement that we have opened our doors to you!

At Leyda’s you’ll find that good food is important to us:

We are committed to serving as much organic non- GMO local and seasonal food as possible

We strictly follow the "dirty dozen" list regarding organic produce (www.ewg.org)

Leyda's water has been run through our reverse osmosis filtration system

We do not have a deep fryer

We do not use non-stick chemical lined pans

We have sourced local trout, grass-fed beef and bison, free range organic chicken and eggs

We use organic, extra virgin olive oil throughout our menu

All of our milk and butter is organic

We use no high fructose corn syrup, MSG or artificial sweeteners

Our menu includes black cod which is one of the highest sources of omega 3's

Some menu items will include Saskatchewan organic seabuckthorn berries which are one of the highest sources of anti-oxidants, vitamin A, C and E

Organic kale, the vegetable with the highest score on the ANDI scale, is found throughout our menu (ANDI = Aggregate Nutrient Density Scale)
