This would be great. If we want to walk the dog around the river we have to cross at the circle drive bridge and the broadway bridge. This is because the train bridge is to hard to walk a big dog on as it is narrow and full of people. Also you cant push a stroller on it up and down the stairs. This project would put a ground level walking path that would be awesome. Please share and talk to city council about your excitement.
