They did an amazing job for selling valuable items, donating to charities instead of sending to the landfill, disposing of what could not be salvage and cleaning the house. I was referred to Janet close to 2 years ago. I was renovating my own house and was experiencing many design challenges. I needed help will all aspects from, layout, paint colors, flooring, kitchen design and furniture. I found Janet to be very patient in several ways. She took the time to find out what my tastes were and that I liked and guided me in that direction rather than giving me a few ideas and telling to pick one, she worked side by side with me making sure the choices fit my lifestyle and personal choices. She was extremely diligent and tenacious when it came to finding the right look for paint, tile or flooring. She relentlessly searched for months in some cases to find the proper style and color of flooring. Close to a dozen paint samples later we found paint colors that worked in rooms that had unique natural lighting. She was very resourceful in helping me find solutions to construction problems through her years of experience and contacts. She always followed up with me and never left me hanging and always came through with any promises and deadlines that she promised. She proved to be a very supportive advocate for me with suppliers when things didn’t always go smoothly which was an enormous helps as I was doing my own renovation. Janet has a very keen sense of design and very sharp eye for color. She was able to pull many of my own eclectic elements together into a very attractive cohesive look. Even though I am only 85% done my renovation I have received numerous compliments already regarding all the aspects she helped me put together. With her years in the design field, she possesses a great depth of knowledge of all aspects of design and construction and is able to connect with many different styles. She is also very diplomatic in telling me that some of my ideas were not the best and there were better alternatives. I appreciated that as I was paying her for her opinion. She was wonderful to work with and found her fees very reasonable. I would highly recommend Janet for any size of job from a small renovation to a large scale renovations. She has the tools to take a project to completion and make it look amazing.
