About Us

An important part of Real Estate is knowing and trusting the professional you are working with. The first step is an introduction. A good portion of my life was spent in the Shaunavon/Swift Current area where I was born and where my children were born. Esterhazy SK is where I was raised and did most of my schooling and Winnipeg MB is where I started my teen years and also took hairdressing. In Winnipeg I received my first real paycheque! I worked over the summer when I was 14 in flour bag making company. It was hard work but I really enjoyed having my own money! I have had a number of careers in my life time. Although waitressing, bartending and cooking may not be considered a career by many but it is the basis of a lot of peoples lives and the beginning of learning a hard work ethic. It is where I first began to learn how to work with the public. I worked at the "Elmwood Golf and Country Club" in Swift Current for 4 seasons, 3 of which I was assistant manager. My love affair with Saskatoon began about 23 years ago when I moved here with my two children. Since moving here I graduated from business college and worked in various fields including general insurance, life insurance and investments. I also worked for close to 10 years in the transport industry where I met my second husband and permanent partner in life! My husband owned a semi and drove for the company I was dispatching for. After a short stint as a City of Saskatoon bus driver I hopped into the semi with my husband and we spent about a year travelling the prairie provinces together. We planned our wedding online while on the road. We now have a mixed family of 4 (now adult children) and 2 awesome grandsons! It was also during our time on the road we made the decision for me to take my Real Estate course. I finally decided what I want to do when I grow up!! I am going on my third year with RE/MAX and The Ed Bobiash Team! I have been in Real Estate for almost 3 years (4 if you count my studies). I love working with people and helping them make some of the biggest decisions of their life!
